The foundation of the Kožul company
With its business activity since 1994, the Slavonski Brod based company, has with continuous growth and properly set strategy of segmentation grown from a local business to a symbol for a company which offers high-quality products.
2003
Getting started by the Hobby center Kožul
The company Kožul builds a retail center (Hobi Centar) in Slavonski Brod with more than 1200 m2 of sale space.

The MAX® brand is registered
While importing and selling foreign tools and products the company decided to establish, build and invest in its own brand and concept of tools. With that in mind in 2003 the MAX® brand, which currently has over 1500 articles, was registered.
2008
Activation of the construction company Cromax in the Kožul Group
With the active participation of the Kožul d.o.o. company on the construction business market, in 2008. we started the Cromax company which in its further development contributes to the expansion of the Kožul Group in the business of interior construction work.
2009
The Kožul BH company founded with the headquarters in Bosnia and Herzegovina
Because of the active collaboration with the buyers of our products in the neighboring Bosnia and Herzegovina we decided in 2009 to establish the Kožul BH company with the headquarters in Orašje.

The MAX Blue Line tool line introduced
In the mid-2009 the MAX Blue Line comes out, which with its quality and innovative solutions represents the absolute peak in the precision and production of hand tools.

Employer of the year
The Kožul company won the second place in the Employer of the Year competition in the category of medium-sized business.

High-stacking warehouse built
The Kožul company warehouse space is relocated into a newly built high-stacking warehouse with a capacity of 1600 pallet spaces
